FUNNY!
This is probably TMI, but when I was a medic, we used condom caths on the boys that were unable to get out of bed... eventually we came to realize that they'd rather have the tube inside than the condom glued to the outside! Removal was H-E-L-L!!

I have always heard of them taping like Sam said, but then I suppose someone would have to "groom" them (ie: shave). Funny blurb though!
